The lightly covered main entrance leads to the foyer which provides an all around view of the kitchen, dining and living room as well as a dynamic lake view. The floors are finished with ceramic tiles and oak Parkett hardwood throughout the living, dining and the kitchen area, divided by two stair sections leading to the open living room. The white finished walls provide a beautiful contrast against the knotty pine T&G wood ceilings and beams. Kitchen area includes refrigerator, stove and dishwasher.
Heating for this winter efficient, very well-insulated house is achieved with electric baseboard heaters combined with a 3-sided open decorative warm air fireplace. The heating system withstands arctic temperatures down to -45C.
The large mounted double glazing tempered glass enables an all around view of the fire place. The i-point is formed by the covered and insect screened sheltered veranda area. TV, Telephone and Internet connections are on site. The house is offered along with its exceptional quality furniture.
