Superb modern 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths with a spacious 1852 square foot open concept floor plan situated on a quiet street(dead end) with no backyard neighbor. Includes a 26' deep attached garage. Situated on a private flat 1-acre lot with lots of trees and only 13 minutes from Alonzo bridge, 2 minutes from a gas station, liquor store (SAQ) and 5 minutes from the new IGA. High end(Lauzon) Hardwood maple flooring throughout (including stairs) with the exception of the entrance and bathrooms that are ceramic tiles.
First-floor open concept design with 9' ceilings, large windows and patio door that leads onto a large 16' x 16' deck.
