Beautiful lot on the Petit Lac Preston. This lake is surrounded with nice mountains and is really peaceful. It is situated between the Lac Simon and Lac Gagnon. Perfect for an off grid project (solar system and propane) since there is no electricity. Access to ATV, snowmobile trails, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, mountain biking, hiking.
Included: small boat, pedalo and shed.
