No more visits for the time being.
Cozy bungalow in a quiet area, in close proximity to many services: elementary schools, high school, grocery stores, drug stores, local businesses, highway, public transportation, parks, etc. Within walking distance from the Aylmer marina and "la rue principale". Lots of windows oriented south, ideal for sunbathing, or as an alternative heating source during colder months. The kitchen was partially renovated in early 2020. The semi-open concept between the living room and the kitchen/dining room allows a nice balance between tranquility, natural sunlight, and fluid communication. The basement was converted into a false rental unit (no separated entrance) with a lockable door, a full kitchen, a big living room, and a bathroom. Even while occupied you still keep full access to the laundry room and workshop. Perfect for some extra revenue (lease or Airbnb) or for an intergenerational home. Dreamy workshop with a huge amount of storage. As for the outside, a big piece of land for a city house. Your intimacy is protected by a wooden fence, cedar hedge, and some dense vegetation. A massive patio with enough space for a large dining table, bbq, and a full set of patio sectional. End this incredible journey around the house with a relaxing spa session...
