Walking distance to elementary and secondary schools (English and French) and the Ottawa River.
A vast 2319 square feet lot (707 square meters) including a 21 feet diameter above-ground pool with a salt treatment system, a 12 x 10 feet metal gazebo and a 16 x 9.8 feet shed.
