Beautiful single story home fully renovated top to bottom by a qualified carpenter. Quality and piece of mind was the back bone of the renovation. In turn giving an easy fairly maintenance free home. Not only good looking aesthetics, all the electrical and plumbing are new and accounted for future additions if need be. With all new low-e argon window, efficient relocation of the A/C unit and beyond code insulation in the attic makes for an energy efficient home. An unlimited supply of hot water (tank less) means no waiting between showers. Big fenced in back yard for the kids with mature trees gives good shade for does hot summer days. Extremely good neighbors made of young families through out the street. Short walk to schools. Move-in ready.
