If you are looking for a peaceful and pleasant location, look no further! This two bedroom property is a few minutes from the bike path, and ten minutes to the Marina. Lovely condo in a much sought-after quiet residential neighborhood, with a small forest in the back, far from busy streets.
The floors throughout the condo are bamboo, cork, and ceramic. The kitchen has floor to ceiling kitchen cupboards, and the counters both in the kitchen and bathroom are made of recycled glass. In addition to the storage space outside, there is additional space in a large closet behind the bathroom. For your safety, this unit has two entrances, one at the front, and one at the back. It is also armed with an interphone system with an integrated camera. Inclusions: Wall A/C, air exchanger, natural gas fireplace, high-end Bosch dishwasher purchased in 2017, fridge, stove, range hood, washer, dryer, lighting, and wall support for a TV.
All the exterior walls were redone between 2015 to 2017, and the roof in 2018. A new garbage enclosure was built in 2019. The management of the building is very efficient through the management company, and the co-owners are very quiet and very mindful of their environment.
