Superb turnkey semi-detached in the Plateau sector (Aylmer)! House is located on a very quiet street a few minutes' walk from Gatineau Park, several children's parks, and schools. Quality Chartro construction with lots of extras (hardwood floor and staircase, granite countertops, audio system integrated into the living room). Three bedrooms upstairs with huge bathroom, ceramic shower, and freestanding bath. No carpets in the bedrooms. Finished basement with family room and games room.
