Beautiful semi-detached house for sale in the Aylmer sector of Gatineau!

This 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms air-conditioned home was built in 2004 but has many recent renovations and upgrades. Upon entering the home, you will notice the French door that separates the entryway from the rest of the home. The main floor has laminate flooring along with marble tiles in the entryway, kitchen, laundry room, and half bathroom. Kitchen counters and island have all been upgraded to high-quality granite countertops and include a modern backsplash.

The upstairs is bright and spacious and includes plush carpeting. The master bedroom contains a cathedral ceiling, a large window, and a large walk-in closet. The secondary bedrooms are also quite large and have large closets. The main bathroom contains a luxurious whirlpool bathtub and a separate standing shower.

The basement is finished and there is rough-in installed for a future full bathroom. The basement also has a large storage room which can also double as a workshop. In addition, the basement has been wired for surround audio (theatre-style setup).

Additional renovations and upgrades include: furnace (March 2019 - rental), hot water tank (May 2017 - rental), roof (October 2019) in coordination with the attached home (no seams in roof tiles between neighbors), and wired network cabling throughout the entire home (LAN jacks).

The newly paved driveway (to be completed soon) has been widened and extended and can accommodate up to 4 cars. The spacious backyard has a 16' x 16' deck and a shed. The border of the yard consists of a yellow cedar wood fence and cedar hedges.
