Interior: big semi-detached house with 3 bedrooms. One walk-in with the Master bedroom. On the second floor you have a lounge area and a big washroom. Granite kitchen counter-top with a big kitchen island. the basement offers a big well-lit family room with storage and a second washroom possibility (plug for dark water available). Plug available for a central vacuum too.
Exterior: Situated on a dead-end, on an oversized land, fences everywhere, very safe for family with children. 500m from bus station with 3 direct lines for downtown Gatineau and Ottawa. 200 meters from bike path. Close from French and English elementary and high schools. Few daycares beside. And direct access to Allumetiere bvd and Aylmer Marina
Renovations: stone wall in the living room, the 1st and 2nd floor have been entirely repainted. All lights have been replaced by modern ones.
