Owners’ comments
Bi-generational house very well maintained in a quiet area off Gatineau, close to English/French schools, public transportation (STO) parks, marina, bike path, and grocery store. Fenced yard, nicely landscaped, 9'x 20' shed, and parking for 4 vehicles.
Ground floor:
Kitchen renovated in 2014 it has an open concept design complete with a small island with a full-size table. Laundry room has a lot of storage space. Bathroom renovated in 2018. Windows north side renovated in 2018. Central air condition new in 2020.
