Semi-detached on a street corner in a family neighborhood and close to all services; grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping centers, schools, daycares, hospitals and medical clinics, parks and bike paths.
Built in 1991, the basement was renovated in 2022 with new insulation and quality floating flooring. The basement bathroom/laundry room was also renovated in 2022. Landscaping done in the summer of 2022: leveling the backyard, landscaping maintenance and new lawn. A project worth $5,000 for the backyard only.
