High end Junic 2010 construction. It is situated on the main level, close to parks, shopping and public transportation. It is also a short distance to downtown Ottawa.

The ceilings are 8'6 high, with 4 inch thick cement floors providing excellent soundproofing, large windows with lots of natural sunlight, no carpeting, air conditioning and programmable thermostats. The parking area is on the side of the building, eliminating the disturbance associated with cars in front of the building, especially lights shining in.
