Owners’ comments
Key in hand condo on two floors (no neighbors above), 2 bedrooms, wood fireplace, parking, balconies, lots of storage, located in a coveted and peaceful neighborhood (Manoir des Trembles).
Located near the Champlain Bridge, the Plateau (grocery stores, shops, movie theatre, restaurants, etc.), the UQO and 10 minutes from downtown Ottawa. The area is very well served by buses (STO).
Additions/improvements in 2018: Kitchen backsplash, paint, carpets in the staircase of the entrance as well as ceramic at the entrance and in front of the 1st-floor balcony.
Inclusions: Samsung brand stainless steel refrigerator and stove, Bosch brand stainless steel dishwasher, washer/dryer, blinds and curtains, mobile air conditioning. Possibility to include more (to discuss).
