Superb condo located on the 10th floor (upper floor). Corner unit. Panoramic view of Gatineau Park and Ottawa. Very sunny, well ventilated. Open concept. Balcony overlooking the pool and the inner courtyard. Convenient storage space in the unit. All windows and patio door were replaced in 2013.
Quiet and well maintained building. Entrance equipped with a camera system and intercom. Concrete construction, very well soundproofed. One outdoor parking space.
The very reasonable condo fees include hot water. Minimal electricity costs (340.51$). Bike storage and laundry room on the ground floor.
