Beautiful 2 bedroom condo just 10 minutes drive from downtown Ottawa. Includes a private balcony and outdoor parking spot with the possibility to get a second one. Close to all amenities (grocery stores, pharmacy, SAQ, restaurants, bus transit stations, bike paths, sports centers, etc).
Several renovations have been carried out including:
- front door, exterior stairs, and railings changed (2019)
- parquet flooring in the living area sent and re-stained, stairwell carpet changed and condo completely repainted from top to bottom (2017)
- new balcony added (2016)
- patio door changed (2015)
- all windows changed (2011)
