Owners’ comments
Nice property located in Le Plateau de la Capitale, next to the Gatineau Park. Quiet neighborhood composed of detached homes, a closed-loop street next to the Meridien Park.
Open space concept house; living and dining rooms open to the kitchen. Non-textured ceilings throughout the house. Flooring is a mix of hardwood, tiles, and slate throughout the house. Kitchen is spacious with lots of cupboards and granite countertop. Three spacious bedrooms; one on top of the finished garage with two with walk-in closets.
