Wow Cottage / House 4 seasons. Waterfront of the great Lake Baskatong. Magnificent view on the Baskatong lake.

Possibility of adding a small marina / dock. It has a huge veranda insulated glass for the winter. Central stone wood fireplace in the living room and dining room. Can sleep 10 people. Can also be rented $350 per night for tourism.

Large lot of almost one acre at the water's edge. Deeded access to the beach of Pavilion des Pins Gris Campground at 1 minute walk. Incredible location with asphalted road with a gate at the entrance for privacy. Double Garage on a concrete slab with a shed.

A must see at this price !!! it's really cheap !!! Trails 4 wheels, steps, lake, snowmobile trail, etc. all nearby.
