Paradise at only 45 minutes from Ottawa/Gatineau.     

Lakehouse situated on the shores of Lac Notre Dame with a nice sandy beach, great for children and adults.

Facing south with sun exposure all day with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. 

The 3 large bedrooms, the large family room and the upstairs loft with its views and the outdoor SPA, will make it very comfy for all.

Many renovations in the past 10 years.  Doors, windows, floors, lighting, complete bathroom including a therapeutic bath and shower.  The basement now has two large bedrooms with lake view, a very nice family room and powder room give the house an extra 650 sq.    Also has a new septic system as well as an electric furnace.  Sterofoam was added in the walls and under floor when the had the foundation was done in 2009.

Water testing is one on a regular basis to assure its quality.  It's perfect to enjoy all your water activities, swimming, kayaks, water skiing are some of the very popular happy times on the lake. 

A fendock, a gazebo, and 2 kayaks are included.

Our little area has a few yearly residents but mostly summer cottages.

Winter snow removal cost is approximately $350/year per each resident.

Situated close to the Wakefield town with its restaurants and cafés

Large shed 10 x 20 with a loft for extra storage place as well as a carport.  Recently built in 2011.

Never had flooding or water infiltration.  A recent picture of the shore taken the week of April 20th, 2019 when the level was at his highest are available.

Certificate of localization May 2019, picketing plan, septic installation compliance certificate, and recent water test are available.

Appliances, Spa and electric fireplace are included but offer no guarantees.
