Turnkey home on a magnificent 95 acres lot with approximately 7 deforested acres.
24' X 24' double garage built in 2017.Novoclimat certified house (better insulation, energy window and air exchanger). Living area excluding the basement is 1329 sq. ft. Patio with concrete flooring 16 'X 24' adjoining the kitchen as you walk out and is covered with an awning. We changed the awning in the spring of 2018. The main bathroom has a heated floor. The bath and the faucets of the bathroom are of high quality. The internal staircase leading to the basement is a cherrywood staircase without risers and with wrought iron banisters. There is a second entrance which leads directly to the basement. Several apple trees and a weeping willow on the land. It would be very easy to change the house to make it intergenerational.
