This site used to be occupied by the Hotel-Motel Seigneurie buildings, which have been demolished to permit a residential real estate development.

The property is served by the Papineauville Aqueduct which permits residential project. The zoning is mixte R36.  Immediate neighbor of Montebello and within a stone's throw of Château Montebello.
