An easy 90 minute drive north of Ottawa, this 4 season House/cottage property is nested in the Gatineau Hills with a view on beautiful Lac Beaulieu, town of Ste-Thérèse-de-la-Gatineau, Quebec just off highway 105 and 20 minutes from Maniwaki. The cottage rests on nearly an acre of a forest land and features 125 feet of waterfront with stunning view of the lake. Located on the southeast side of the lake, providing full sun throughout the day. The cottage is a 2 bedroom with a full bathroom, well and septic fields 2009/2010.
The cottage is on a public road and opened yearly.
Lac Beaulieu is a clear water lake and is well known for its good fishing and the quiet and ecological well-being of the area for the benefit of all residents.
Close by: A convenience store, bakery, Hospital, school, the beautiful Maniwaki Village and Farmers Market, Part of Gatineau Park with hiking and cross country ski trails, snow shoes etc.
