Very quiet place at 3kms from a supermarket, a Tim Horton, a Subway and other restaurants, a Hardware Store and a CLSC. Primary school located in Perkins.

  • Notarized access to the lake (access is difficult because of the topography of the land)
  • In the winter time, you will not need to remove the snow from the metal roof since it clears itself
  • The basement  is only accessible through the basement exterior door

The easements, on 35 De la Villa for the lot at 52 Théorêt are as follow: right of way in front of the house, the septic field of 52 Théorêt is located on 35 De la Villa.

Hydro Québec has a right of way for some aerial wires.
