Magnificent land of 9375 square feet with no neighbors behind. It is located in the Gauthier development, the land is in a cul de sac in a very quiet area. Half of the land is surrounded by a well maintained 8 foot cedar hedge and allows you to keep your privacy, the neighbors of this land from left to right as well as in front are very kind and respectful people. You have the choice to keep or not the foundation which has been inspected by a foundation engineer which is in very good condition, there is also an 8 x 12 shed on 1 and a half floors.
