A quality of construction that you will not find in a house built by a contractor. House that greatly reduces maintenance and heating. Very large windows with lots of light. A healthy and solid house.
Access to Lac Sergent beach. House located on Lac Sergent, between Sainte-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier and Saint-Raymond. About 30 minutes from Quebec.
End of construction 2020. Bi-generation or income or large family type with 3 large bedrooms.
House very well insulated, in insulating formwork (the exterior walls are reinforced concrete up to the roof. With an interior and exterior insulating formwork of 2' 5/8 without joint.) Superior construction which greatly reduces maintenance.
