Located in the beautiful county of Portneuf, a few steps from the Jacques-Cartier River, nestles this cottage with a thousand possibilities. As it is surrounded by a mature hedge and housed in a street with little traffic, your privacy is assured.
Already from the outside the two bay-windows promise a house where the light bathes. The Y-shaped entrance offers parking space for a minimum of 5 cars. Independent access to the basement, well sheltered, allows prospects for a bigenerational house, the establishment of a business, a dwelling or any other project.
This basement has a reception room, a bedroom or an office, a large family room, a cedar closet, a cold room, 4 closets and one more for the electrical box. Also another room, already equipped with plumbing, for the development of a 3rd bathroom, currently used as a workshop.
The ground floor, with its central stairwell, facilitates fluid circulation in the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom areas and gives the entrance hall protection against prying eyes.
A large patio with awning allocates an additional area during the warm season. Although the pool has been sold, the space and electrical installation are still operational. Part of the guardrail is on wheels giving direct access to the pool or partitioning for a safe play area for children.
