Owners’ comments
2-storey country-style single-family house built 1995.
It is possible to convert into a two-generation house and commercial license for sales and services.
Roof as well as all the window thermos changed in 2018.
Upstairs are 3 freshly painted bedrooms including a large master bedroom with a turret.
The bathroom has a large therapeutic bathtub on the podium and an independent shower as well as a blown air heater.
On the main floor, a large kitchen and dining room. the cabinets are cherry-wood with a large central island and ample storage space.
The living room with a turret was also repainted in 2020.
