Hard wood floor on the 1st level, ceramic 12x24 in the kitchen and bathrooms. 7 feet+ central island. 2 large rooms and one with walk-in closet. Independant shower in the bathroom, an extra toilet room on the 1st floor. Located near the highway 440 in a very quiet area. Very close to schools, near public library, grocery store and malls. APCHQ until june 2018. Actually rented.
