Magnificent property very illuminated and very well maintained, construction 2011! It is located in a family area, on a large lot without rear neighbors and within walking distance of an elementary school.
The kitchen was redone in 2019, with quartz countertops and a large walk-in pantry.
There are four beautiful rooms, ideal for a large family! In the living room, there is a gas fireplace (propane tank for rent). The house is also air conditioned (new wall heat pump)!
To make the most of the seasons, the backyard has two patios, one with a canopy for the summer and one for the winter (white canvases, included in the sale).
