Charming two-storey house (24 x 25) with attached garage, 3 bedrooms, very good quiet neighborhood, in the heart of a family area, peaceful and coveted near the Promenades Beauport, Cineplex Odeon, Walmart and many other services: schools, park, bike path, hiking trail, hospital, public transport, highway and much more! Wall-mounted air conditioner, air exchanger and wall-mounted heat pump for unparalleled comfort in addition to independent thermostats in the rooms - Remarkable insulation and soundproofing - Many additions and modifications made (light fixtures, faucets) - the entire interior has been freshly painted (and all color codes have been kept for future owners).
On the ground floor, you will find a dining room large enough to accommodate a table of six. The kitchen has a central island and is fitted with large cupboards. It opens onto the living room which can hold all your gatherings without problems with, at its heart, a magnificent electric fireplace. The corridor brings you to a powder room, including washer-dryer, for more convenience, and a separate entrance leading to the garage. A steel/wood staircase leads you to the upper floor.
