A city park in the backyard, with a basement including a family room; ideal for a family!
On the first floor: a kitchen designed and constructed by Atelier Avant-Garde, a WC, and an open space for the dining room and living room that receives a lot of sunlight. On the second floor : 3 large bedrooms and a fully renovated bathroom. The basement includes a large family room and another room (could be an office, a little gym, etc.) that is finished and a laundry room/workshop that is unfinished. The backyard is paved and landscaped; nothing to mow! 5 parking spaces.
Family neighborhood. Nearby we find: many parks, the St. Lawrence River (Plage-Jacques-Cartier park) and marina, trails of Cap-Rouge River, schools, CPE/daycares, bike path, shops and services (SAQ, bakery, pharmacies, hair salon, banks and more), public transit.
