Very large high-end 4½ room condominium with an office in phase VIII of the Domaine de la Faune with a superb view of the golf course including two parking lots, one inside and the other outside. In terms of nature, there is the Parc des Moulins, formerly the zoological garden of Quebec. In terms of sports, there are the Ski Slopes of Le Relais and Stoneham, the 3 kilometers ice ring of Lake Beauport, and the Charlesbourg cross-country ski park.

In addition to the services offered by the site, such as heated in-ground pool, concierge, window washing, lawn mowing, landscaping, snow removal, postal service, waste chute, remote-controlled motorized barrier entrance, you will find close to grocery stores, pharmacies, and other services that will meet your daily needs.

Less than 5 minutes away is the Lebourgneuf sector, offering the largest shopping center in Quebec City, health services, shops, various business places, and a generous choice of trendy restaurants.

In the basement, there is an indoor parking lot with storage space behind the car and a place to wash the car. Outside, there is a second parking lot for a second vehicle or for a visitor.
