Magnificent semi-detached split in co-ownership quiet and family sector, located in a roundabout near all services. Access to a bike path nearby. One owner and very well maintained. Double asphalt entrance. Above ground pool 2009 installation with water heater. Large shed 12 ft x 10 ft. Land fenced on 2 sides and bordered by a 10 ft cedar hedge at the rear. Lawn treated every year. Patio/terrace treated wood 10 ft x 12 ft on very sunny techno-piles, course to the west. 60-gallon water heater changed in 2018.
