Owners’ comments
Stone walls and spectacular view of the St-Lawrence River and the Island of Orléans.
This beautiful stone house with a unique style is located halfway between downtown Quebec City and magnificent Mont-Sainte-Anne. Easy access to the outdoors and the St-Lawrence River as well as the flurry of services in the heart of Château-Richer.
Warm and soothing, the house was fully renovated during the last few years. Masonry and parging, triple glass windows, partition walls, kitchen, bathroom, roofing, high quality slow-burning wood stove, etc. All of these have been recently done or installed.
The yard in front of the house provides you tranquility and a breathtaking view.
Safe and peaceful, the backyard gives you lots of opportunities.
The house is at walking distance from a grocery store, a recreation center (park, municipal pool, BMX track, soccer fields, etc.), an elementary school, a bus stop, the bank, the post office, a convenience store, a public library, hiking trails that lead you to the Sault-à-la-Puce, access to the St-Lawrence River... all the while being on a quiet scenic little street surrounded by other ancestral houses.
So many advantages for the price of an apartment rental!
Definitely worth the visit!!
