Pretty two-storey townhouse, right end of 8 houses. No common charges. The house contains 2 large bedrooms, but the space is made for 3 bedrooms. Peaceful area, close to everything.
The daycare centre, elementary school, high school, pharmacy and hardware store are within walking distance. The grocery store and some restaurants are less than 1 km away. Area very well served by public transit. The CÉGEP and L'Université are 10 minutes away by car and 15 minutes by bus. We are 3 kilometers from the Galeries de la Capitale and 10 minutes by car from Place Sainte-Foy . The last municipal assessment with visit took place during the work of the basement and they were not completed.
