Property proudly perched on 43 thousand square feet of land with 209 feet along the Saint-Lawrence river. Never miss a cargo boat and cruising ships passing by! Plus, all you need is to go down five stairs to access an unlimited pedestrian trail along the Saint-Lawrence River.
Before describing the property, let us tell you a bit about the land:
Major renovations in 2002:
Addition of an integrated garage, an entry and an additional level where you find the masters bedroom, a personalized bathroom, a laundry chute and an immense walk-in of 19 feet long. This second level assures a nice intimacy for the masters of the house.
