Beautiful, shiny house. Construction of quality located on a large intimate land, in the magnificent environment of Île d'Orléans. Only a few minutes from Quebec City. Beautiful sunsets, St-Lawrence's river visible during 3 seasons.
Open space on the first floor, ergonomic kitchen (built-in oven and hob). Five bedrooms (one on the first floor, four on the 2nd floor), two bathrooms. Hardwood and ceramic floors, kitchen, and bathroom cabinets in hardwood. Large and open basement, cold room.
