It's worth the trip! Magnificent 4-bedroom semi-detached house where organization and storage are in the spotlight! Everything will have its place, for the whole family.
Open concept ground floor including living room, kitchen and dining room as well as a powder room.
Upstairs there is a full bathroom and 3 bedrooms, including the master bedroom with walk-in closet. One bedroom is currently used as an office and the third has been transformed into a walk-in closet, but these are not permanent installations.
The fourth bedroom is in the basement and also includes a walk-in closet. A bathroom with washer-dryer is also located in the basement. The family room provides access to 2 large storages, one of which is large enough to install a chest freezer, an additional refrigerator and storage shelves. The second storage unit is equipped with several shelves and poles.
Located on a quiet street close to everything, the land is completely fenced and lined with cedars on 2 sides. You will also find a good-sized shed and the space under the patio is fully enclosed and waterproof with 2 access doors.

L'étage comporte une salle de bain complète et 3 chambres, dont la chambre principale avec walk-in. Une chambre est actuellement utilisée en bureau et la troisième a été transformée en walk-in, mais il ne s'agit pas d'installations permanentes.
La quatrième chambre est au sous-sol et comprend également un walk-in. Une salle de bain avec laveuse-sécheuse se trouve aussi au sous-sol. La salle familiale donne accès à 2 grands rangements, l'un d'eux est suffisamment grand pour y installer un congélateur coffre, un réfrigérateur supplémentaire et des tablettes de stockage. Le deuxième rangement est doté de plusieurs tablettes et pôles.
Situé sur une rue tranquille à proximité de tout, le terrain est entièrement clôturé et bordé de cèdres sur 2 côtés. Vous y trouverez également un cabanon de bonne dimension et l'espace sous le patio est entièrement fermé et étanche avec 2 portes d'accès.
