Imagine your luck: we have renovated it all thinking we would be here forever and then life has changed...

A warm and bright loft on the 5th and top floor of a building just steps from the rooftop terrace... It's really not far to get that refill of... whatever.

South-east oriented, sunny year round, you can watch the sunrise (if you are a morning type) or admire the view of the St-Charles Church steeples comfortably seated in your new living room!

Where we really gave everything is the kitchen!!!! Plywood cabinetry, subway tile backsplash, quartz counters and a giant island; you will be able to cook with 6 of your closest friends.
