The house is a beautiful duplex built in 1947 and has been well maintained over the years. Very well positioned on the corner of a quiet street, the house has only one direct neighbor and is bordered at the back by a large park where there is a basketball court, an ice rink, games for children and a free public pool accessible all summer

The bathroom is both beautiful and functional, with a separate shower with ceramic walls.

A hatch provides access to the crawlspace with its concrete floor where the water heater, the central vacuum and several storage shelves are located. However, pay attention to your head when you are in the crawlspace, because the ceiling is 5' 3" high
