Owners’ comments
Magnificent condominium (only two owners, 50% each portion) on Quebec City's iconic Parc Avenue and a two-minute walk to the Plains of Abraham. The condo is situated on two and a half floors set within a remarkable series of 11 red brick townhouses (1905 construction) in English cottage style.
With an open space concept on the first floor, one finds the living room (with wood fireplace), dining room, kitchen, hallway, and half-bathroom/laundry room. A city balcony overlooking avenue Parc avenue is accessed from the living room. A rear patio door leads to a secluded 14'x12 'terrace and a staircase to the rear private parking. The condominium also has a large storage shed custom built into the building and a 13'x26' fenced outdoor patio (common area).
On the second floor, we find the master bedroom and the second bedroom. The third room can be used as an office and/or guest bedroom. The bathroom is also on this floor.
