Owners’ comments
Charming 'split-level' type house 2 steps away from ALL services and the magnificent St-Charles River Park. Many improvements have been made in the past 10 years (kitchen, floors, windows, bathrooms, etc.). The lush yard is one of the biggest in the neighborhood and is very intimate with hedges, trees, and fences closing it in. A double side by side parking lot with the garage is very practical and quite rare for the area.
It's the best location possible if you are in the military, 15 minutes away from the base (front or back gate).
