Come visit day or evening, every day. Superb open air and soundproof condo with basement interior parking and elevator.

2 rooms, one bathroom with separate bath and shower and a water room with washer and dryer. 2 storage rooms with one in the condo and the other in the basement. Air exchanger and possibility of central air conditioning (outlet and control panel available)

Corner unit with nice view on the city and no immediate neighbors be it from outside (building neighbor) or inside (only neighbor is across). Next to the elevator. Walls all painted white / egg shell.

Supermarket, pharmacy and bicycle path on the other side of the street. Medical center one block away. Central location near many services and, among many others, the Galeries de la Capitale.

Condo constructed in 2011 has only known a single non-smoking owner.
