This offer is intended for investors in short-term rentals in Quebec. Fully furnished and equipped loft with excellent short-term rental income (license transferable in a limited area to practice legally and at all times). Very rare in the area.
The 30 units in the building are also mostly rented to tourists and the management of condo fees is very healthy. The contingency fund is in really good shape. Condo fees are still high in anticipation of roofing and elevator work. Also note that these fees include hot water, cable (Videotron) and unlimited internet.
Sector in high demand by tourists. The imminent opening of the borders (August 9th 2021), the construction of a reinvented library (February 2023) just in front of the building, the liveliness of the Saint-Roch district and the measures put in place by the Ministry of Tourism make this bright loft a safe bet.
