Beautiful 4 1/2, on the fourth and last floor, renovated and well decorated, furniture included and equipped to receive a washer and a dryer, possibility to install an air conditioning, really luminous with big windows, situated at two minutes of the Mont Ste-Anne.
An exterior pool, sauna, gym, tennis field, reception room and outdoor barbecue are available on the site.
It's a quiet place with an elevator and a parking (could have another one available for visitors). It is the perfect spot for cyclists, for winter sports enthusiasts, nature lovers, hikers and golfers.
It is close to all services.
It's also possible to have internet and cable for only 200$* per year.
