Condo on the south side, opposite side of the street so very quiet, with terrace and access to grass and trees. Possibility to have a small animal. Private parking next to the door and visitor parking in front of the main entrance.
Nice condo with French doors, lighted, well divided, dishwasher ready, washer and dryer, ready, no carpet. Concrete building, so good soundproofing. Storage rooms in the condo and in the basement.
Ideal location! Near a large wooded park, behind Place Laurier, 600m from the Laval University tunnel, 2 hospitals within 1.3 km, near several sports facilities (swimming pool, ice ring, tennis, etc.), close to the major roads, bridges and public transportation, near the Monique-Corriveau library.
