UNIVERSITÉ LAVAL Nice 3 1/2 condo very well located, near the Pyramid in Sainte-Foy and close to CEGEPs, highways and public transport circuits. Several shops, restaurants and services (grocery store, hospital, theatre, etc.) easily accessible on foot!

The main living area is open and very bright. Soundproof building (floor and concrete walls). Lots of storage in the unit (cabinets, large closet, large closets at the entrance and in the bedroom) and storage space in the basement.

Indoor parking included. Laundry and garbage chute on same floor. Well administered (Provision Fund and Contingency Fund). Several renovations done in the last years:
