High-end construction material and build quality. Open-space concept with lots of natural light. Floor to ceiling triple pane windows with aluminum frame. Kitchen counter, kitchen island and both washroom counters made of quartz. 9 ft ceiling. 2 balconies with one of them directly connected to the master bedroom.

A lot of storage space and locker in the basement. Indoor parking.
