Our Mediterranean-style house or Spanish influence with its arches and walls covered with acrylic plaster both inside and outside certainly has a unique architecture. The all-paved car entrance is U-shaped. The garage has a roof terrace with a superb view of the city and the sunsets. However, you cannot park a car there, but it is used for storage and it accommodates a completely soundproofed room to play music. Notre maison de style méditerranéen ou influence espagnole avec ses arches et ses murs recouverts d'enduit acrylique autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur a assurément une architecture unique. L'entrée pour autos tout de pavé uni est en U. Le garage bénéficie d'une terrasse sur le toit avec une superbe vue sur la ville et les couchers de soleil, on ne peut toutefois pas y garer de voiture, mais sert de rangement et il accueille une pièce complètement insonorisée pour y faire de la musique. La cour avec grande terrasse en pavé uni possède de très hautes haies, sûrement la plus intime du secteur. La maison n'a pas de sous-sol. La toiture de la maison est permanente.
