Loved at first sight, the house that saw our family grow! With an atrium opening up on a bright dining room and playroom, this semi-detached house is located on the *small* chemin Sainte-Foy (very quiet area, away from the traffic on rue McCartney). Two minutes walk from the Elementary school Filteau (International Education Program!), the Hôtel Bonne-Entente, Saint-Benoît-Abbé church and parc Saint-Benoît (pool, tennis, soccer, basketball et play in the summer - hockey & skating rinks in the winter).
If desired, the house could be sold furnished, in whole or in part. To be discussed.
